Sara is a doctor of physical therapy and board certified women’s health physical therapist specializing in the treatment of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, including pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2004 receiving her Bachelors of Science and in 2007 receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is the owner of NOLA Pelvic Health in her hometown of New Orleans, La and founder of The Vagina Whisperer, an online resource for pelvic health education and virtual sessions to help women worldwide with pelvic health conditions.

Marcy Crouch, PT, DPT, CLT, WCS

Marcy is a pelvic health physical therapist and owner of Restorative Pelvic Therapy in Manhattan Beach, California. Her passion lies in treating complex pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and the obstetric and postpartum population. She is the mother to two amazing boys so has first hand experience of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Jennifer Torborg, PT, DPT, CMTPT

Jen is a pelvic floor physical therapist and author of two Amazon bestselling books: Your Best Pregnancy Ever and Your Best Body after Baby. Jen is also a certified myofascial trigger point therapist (CMTPT) and treats clients in Ashland and Bayfield, Wisconsin through Orthopedic & Spine Therapy. Her goal is to guide women in understanding their bodies during pregnancy and postpartum recovery and to empower women with pelvic, abdominal, bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunctions.
