Sara is the owner of NOLA Pelvic Health in her hometown of New Orleans, La and founder of The Vagina Whisperer, an online resource for pelvic health education and wellness sessions to help individuals worldwide. She is a doctor of physical therapy, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in 2004 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007 from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a board certified pelvic health physical therapist specializing in the treatment of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in men and women. She received the 2019 Alumni Achievement Award from Washington University in St Louis’ Program in Physical Therapy and was named one of New Orleans’ Top 40 under 40 young professionals in 2019. She is a mom, wife, Saints fan and wanna be yogi.

Emily is a native of New Orleans and has been a physical therapist for the past 9 years. She received her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training at the University of Southern Mississippi and went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She is highly trained in Sports and Orthopedics and has a passion for helping women achieve optimal sports performance. Emily is certified in manual therapy and dry needling, which allows her to provide a wide range of treatment skills including joint and soft tissue mobilization. She is an avid runner and Crossfitter and has personal experience modifying these activities during pregnancy and postpartum. While not working, Emily enjoys time with her husband and two kids.

Marcy Crouch, PT, DPT, CLT, WCS
Marcy is a pelvic health physical therapist and owner of Restorative Pelvic Therapy in Manhattan Beach, California. Her passion lies in treating complex pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and the obstetric and postpartum population. She is the mother to two amazing boys so has first hand experience of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. She'll help guide your care with professional and personal experience and knows the demands of motherhood.
Melissa Stendahl PT, DPT
Melissa is a pelvic health physical therapist with specialty certificates in the areas of prenatal and postpartum physical therapy. She has a unique approach with clients by promoting preventative care, active participation, education and understanding of their diagnosis and treatment plan so they feel empowered in their ability to achieve wellness. Melissa is a lifelong athlete, military veteran, and mom. She is the owner of Stendahl PT and lives and works in Brooklyn, New York.
Jennifer Torborg, PT, DPT, CMTPT
Jen is a pelvic floor physical therapist and author of two Amazon bestselling books: Your Best Pregnancy Ever and Your Best Body after Baby. Jen is also a certified myofascial trigger point therapist (CMTPT) and treats clients in Ashland and Bayfield, Wisconsin through Orthopedic & Spine Therapy. Her goal is to guide people in understanding their bodies during pregnancy and postpartum recovery and to empower people with pelvic, abdominal, bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunctions.

Janelle is pelvic floor physical therapist in seattle, WA where she She lives and works with her husband and little boy. She continues to be passionate about providing personalized care through every stage of a woman’s life, whether that’s during pregnancy, the postpartum period and beyond. She aims to make every treatment session friendly and comfortable and works to empower women in their healthcare journey. When not working, she loves hiking, camping and exploring the beautiful beaches of the PNW.
